Digital Nature of Service
GotItIPTV provides digital streaming services delivered electronically. Once an order is completed and access is granted, the product is considered delivered and used.
As such, we do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incompatibility with your device or app
- Internet connection issues on the user’s side
- Failure to follow setup instructions
Refund Eligibility
A refund may only be issued in the following specific cases:
- Technical Issues on Our Side
If our servers experience a complete outage for more than 48 consecutive hours and our support team cannot resolve your issue, you may be eligible for a partial refund for the downtime. - Non-Activation
If your IPTV subscription was not activated within 24 hours after payment (and you did not receive any credentials), and you have contacted our support team with no resolution, we will provide a full refund.
Trial Periods and Short Plans
For trial plans or 1-day passes, no refunds are offered under any circumstance.
Short-term plans are designed for testing the service and are non-refundable.
